Health Education with the Tourism City Geriatric Community

Hello Hermina Friends, On Thursday, May 16 2024, Hermina Mekarsari Hospital held a Health Education activity with a nutritionist as a resource person. This activity involves the Tourism City Housing Geriatric Community in the Cibubur area. In this activity, apart from presenting Health Education about Protein and Muscle Mass, there was also a presentation about Eating Patterns & Menus for Old Age.

To support the activities,  Body Mass Index measurements were also carried out for all participants followed by consultations regarding nutrition and health.

The participants were very enthusiastic and hoped that this activity could run sustainably and that Hermina Mekarsari Hospital as a health service provider would also strive to continue to play a role in improving health status in the Cileungsi area and its surroundings.
