Health Talk Beware of Metabolic Syndrome with the West Sumatra Pertamina Retiree Association (Himpana Sumbar)

This activity was held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 in the Multipurpose Room of Hermina Padang Hospital. The Health Talk speaker was one of the internal medicine specialists at Hermina Padang Hospital, Dr. Diego Lesgenia, Sp.PD. In addition to the Health Talk, Hermina Padang Hospital also conducted health checks for health talk participants, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid checks. This activity was directly facilitated by the Director of Hermina Padang Hospital, Dr. Iwan Turniawan, MARS.
It is hoped that with this activity, Pertamina retirees can maintain a healthier lifestyle so that they can avoid the dangers of metabolic syndrome.
