Health Talk at Hermina Padang Hospital with PT KAI DIVRE II SUMBAR

In order to commemorate World Mental Health Day which falls on October 10, 2024, PT Kereta Api Indonesia DIVRE II Sumbar, held a health talk activity with dr. Arasy Nanda, Sp.KJ, a mental health specialist at Hermina Padang Hospital. This activity was held directly at the KAI Padang office. The health talk with the theme of prioritizing mental health in the workplace was held offline and online for PT KAI employees. The activity was followed with great enthusiasm by employees who asked questions during the sharing session. It is hoped that with this health talk, employees can be more aware of mental health so that their physical health and work performance can be better maintained.
