Hermina Meeting with UKK PUSBANGKI: Opening the Opportunity of Education and Research Collaboration in Health

On Tuesday, May 7, 2024, Hermina Group Hospital held an important meeting with the Special Work Unit of the Indonesian Medical Development Center (UKK PUSBANGKI). The meeting took place in the Discussion Room 1, IMERI 7th floor, with the main agenda of the cooperation between the two sides.

From Hermina Group, there is dr. Sri Mulyani as Head of the Department of Cooperation and Institutional R&D Hermina Group, as well as drg. Hasti Anestari, SpOrt as PIC Cooperation Healthcare. From UKK PUSBANGKI, Dr. Riyadh Paradise, Sp. An-TI, Subsp. NA(K) as Head of UKK PUSBANGKI, as well as Dr. Irzan Nurman, MSc, EPC, QWP, AIFO-K, FINEM as Deputy Head of Business and Development and UKK PUSBANGKI Team.

dr. Sri Mulyani, who had previously signed the MoU between the University of Indonesia (UI) and Hermina in 2022 and the Faculty of Medicine (FK) in late October 2023, revealed that the scope of this cooperation includes Tri Dharma Perguruan Higher Education, recruitment, scholarship grant and various cooperation arising from both sides. Hermina is also in the process of becoming an educational hospital for Specialist Studies Program 2 (Sp2).

This cooperation focuses not only on healthcare, but also on research development. dr. Sri Mulyani hopes Hermina can be a research-based hospital, providing a container for research that is not only beneficial for hospitals but also for those who work with Hermina.

Some of the obstacles faced include the need for increased HR competence and support from FKUI to overcome various obstacles. Hermina hopes to get solutions to integrate these obstacles, including increased HR competence and support for future service needs.

The cooperation between Hermina and UKK PUSBANGKI is expected to address the challenges that exist, improve human resources competence, and develop health and research services. With FKUI support, Hermina hopes to achieve the same standards of competence across its hospital network and become a superior research-based hospital in Indonesia.
