BPJS Health Insurance for IGD patients

Can all people who are sick and seek treatment at the Emergency Installation use the JKN/BPJS Kesehatan card?

Patients who can be guaranteed by JKN/BPJS Kesehatan are patients who can meet the emergency criteria. And if the assessment of the IGD doctor during the examination does not meet the emergency criteria, then the JKN/BPJS Kesehatan guarantee cannot be used and the patient can check themselves at the First Level Health Facility (Health Center, Clinic or Individual Doctor's Practice)

This has been stated in BPJS Kesehatan Regulation No. 1 of 2018, Article 6, paragraph 2
