Training Service Excellence

Hermina Padang Hospital together with Kalbe Nutrition held a service excellence training for employees on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in the multipurpose room on the basement floor. This training activity was mentored directly by Fernando Wahyu Sitompul, S.Psi., CH, Cht. CT. and was attended by 50 employees ranging from service to back office. It is hoped that with this training, employees can practice it in their work so that they can provide better service and of course excellent service.
