Visitation of Operational Permit for RSU Hermina Padang

Thursday 19 October 2023 RSU Hermina Padang welcomed the hospital visitation team for the extension of operational permits. The operational permit for RSU Hermina Padang will expire on December 10 2023. This visit was carried out directly by the Health Service and Regional Government Team to check the conformity between the attached administrative documents and the facts on the ground. The visitation agenda consists of a presentation from the director regarding, Hospital Profile, Hospital Strategic Plan, Hospital Performance and Company Profile, then continued by going down to the field to check the unit and closing with reporting and evaluation.
